Your Host at Lascala, Nelson Loyola, has been working in restaurants since he was a child, and honed his professional skills at the Sheraton Hotel in Chile for 15 years before coming to Australia.
In a very short time, he has put this Georges Hall venue on the dining map – offering a ravishing range of Italian classics, plus some specialities of his own creation. This cheerful BYO restaurant is gaining a reputation for its cuisine and fresh produce and building a loyal customer base.
Open for Lunch Monday to Friday, and Dinner Monday to Sunday, Lascala also offers a take-home service.
