We hadn't been to the Italian Forum for sometime - due to poaching that goes on and waiters dragging you to their restaurants and also because the food quality has gone so bad. Al Martino supposed to be a true Italian restaurants and its probably the worst of the lot, bad service, expensive and the food .... well we won't talk about it. We found amore to be refreshing at the Forum. The food is great, the service is pretty good and the people are nice - about time - is the Forum returning to its former glory!!! I hope so, because we like it there, its a great feeling - Good on you Amore, keep up the good service and food, even though you not Italian, your food is pretty good. we will come back

wow what a life saver Amore was ...had a business dinner there for group of four, 30 mins to spare before start (found the free internet access a welcomed surprise) staff and food were amazing my associates and I all had wonderful time they asked me later if I had eaten there before due to the extremely warm nature with which we were all greeted with and maintained though-out the course of the meeting/ amazing dinner and yes the dessert was pure Amore... :)
Scheduling another meeting just for the food :)

Appalling - met by a nice, school aged girl at the front, went in for a quick, cheap bite given their $10 large pizza offer *conditions apply - young girl could not tell us what the conditions were; once seated we find out that you're not allowed to share 1 pizza between 2 people. Pizza was medium size not large. My wife ordered lasagna to share with my two year old son. Pizza base was incredibly dry - I could not force myself to eat it, which I usually do in circumstances when I'm hungry and the food is pretty ordinary. My wife didn't like the lasagna, my young son did. Thought about just paying and leaving as I feel uncomfortable complaining but decided to talk to the manager. He could not accept that the food was unacceptable in quality, nor could his wife. Both argued the toss insisting that thousands of happy diners eat there. She was not prepared to taste what I was not prepared to eat but very content argue. Insisted that we should pay. Threatened to call security and the police to me raising my voice. She walked up to another table to ask how there meals were in order to show me a table of content diners - one said their pizza base was burnt. I offered to pay for half the bill and held out my money to her at which point she waived the fee and called out that I needed help. Others seem to rank this place well on this site - so maybe we were unlucky.
